    Reading the chart.

    Every answer carries a weight from 0 to 3. Governance, data and vendor answers move your dot along the program axis. Prompt, model and runtime answers move it up the controls axis. Your first answer opens a pair of neighbouring stages, and the weight you add decides which of the two cells you stop in.
